Keystream Plumbing ("Keystream", "we") operates keystreamplumbing.com, a free referral service that connects people who need plumbing help with independent local service providers in the United States. We do not perform the work ourselves.

Information you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, optional email, the service you need, timing and any notes you add.

Call information: when you call our numbers, the call may be routed through a call-tracking provider that records the calling number, time, duration and, where permitted and disclosed, a recording of the call for quality and dispute resolution.

Technical information: pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters (such as utm_ and gclid values), device type and a hashed form of your IP address used for fraud and abuse prevention.

To route your request to up to three independent plumbers who serve your area, so they can contact you by phone, text or email about the request.

To measure which pages and ads bring requests, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the service.

We share your request with the independent plumbers in our network who may serve your area, and with service providers who help us operate (hosting, call tracking, analytics). We do not sell your information to data brokers.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that providers may call or text you about that request, including using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can reply STOP to any text or ask a caller to stop contacting you.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Residents of some states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others, have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests.

You can block cookies in your browser. Where required, we ask for consent before loading analytics or advertising tags.

We keep request records only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
